How to:
Lie on your stomach.
Separate feet hip-width apart.
Bring arms by your sides, palms up.
Rest forehead on the floor.
Inhale. Peel your head, chest, arms and legs up off the floor.
Feel your head and toes stretching away from each other.
Hold the pose for 3 - 5 breaths.
Exhale. Lower back to the ground.
