Yoga Pose of the week: Downward Facing Dog

One of my favorite poses! This is also a wonderful pose to do after a long run.

Sanskrit name: Adho Mukha Svanasana

Related Chakra: Manipura or Solar Plexus Chakra

Chakra chant: RAM

Benefits: Spine, hamstrings, calves, shoulders, brain, heart, chest, digestive system, and abdominal organs.
